Each application will be assessed by Stratford upon Avon District Council against planning considerations such as highway safety and traffic impact, environmental effects, design and layout, sustainability, and compliance with the Core Strategy and national planning policy. The cumulative impact of multiple developments around the edge of the town is also a material consideration.

Once on the application page, select the speech bubble icon to submit your comments. When making a representation, ensure that you include the planning reference number and site name and that your comments relate to material planning considerations.
